Maryland's Tobacco Resource Center - Linking Professionals to Best Practices

Calling All Maryland Cancer Plan Implementers!

Each year, the Comprehensive Cancer Control Program at the Maryland Department of Health collects reports of projects across Maryland that represent an implementation of a strategy from the Maryland Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan.  This information is maintained for the CDC and is reported annually through the Cancer Plan Progress Report.

If you are working on a project or initiative related to the Cancer Plan, please tell us about it by using the online Implementation reporting Tool:

All submitted project will be reviewed and considered for both Maryland and national success story publication submission, as well as for the annual Maryland Cancer Collaborative Implementation Awards (given out at the annual Maryland Comprehensive Cancer Control meeting - September 2017).  Submissions are due by Friday, September 1, 2017.
